ABOUT KLE CENTENARY CHARITABLE HOSPITAL & MRC
KLE Society, a Premier Education Society at Belgaum, North Karnataka was established in 1916 by seven dedicated teachers with the Aims and Objectives of establishing educational Institutions in the socially/educationally backward area of North Karnataka. It is a Charitable Trust registered under Bombay Public Trust Act of 1860 (Registered under Societies Registration Act of 1950 of Karnataka). At present the Society Administers 296 Institutions including 20 Health Science Institutions.
KLE Centenary Charitable Hospital is built to cater to the deserving people of South Belagavi comprising areas like Shahpur, Vadagaon, Khasbagh, Damne, Yellur, Sulaga etc. 150-200 beds, out of 500 beds will be available free to poor deserving people. This hospital serves not only as Health Care provider but also as Research and Education/Training Institution.
This 500 bed hospital has facilities like Accident, Emergency care, ICU beds, Eight modular OT’s, Delivery suits, Intensive new born care, Medical, Surgical, Ear, Nose, Throat Departments, Eye department, Orthopaedic, Paediatric, Women, Psychiatry, FAMILY MEDICINE, X ray, Sonography, Blood tests, Blood bank, Cafeteria, Medical records, Library, Gallery, Lecture Halls, Pharmacy etc. Government schemes will be implemented. All the ICU’s, OTS’s, X Ray are equipped with most modern imported equipments having 24 hours nursing/doctors care.
KLE Centenary Charitable Hospital will also be a teaching hospital for students of USM – KLE International Medical Programme affiliated to Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Planned to conduct courses as Nursing training, Technicians training, Medical records, PRO etc.
Planned to conduct CME, Health check up camps. Cataract screening and Operations. Yeshaswini Scheme, Bala Sanjeevini, Vaccination Program, all National Health Programs.
